This is : RICK REISINGER
I am a grad from Marion High school [ Marion IN ]
and from ALABAMA State .
My skills include cert's= business management /mechanical engineering /machine/welding/lathe ops/and manufacturing & automotive repair,
I had been managed and owned 3 auto repair shop's for over 20 years.
I have had the opportunities to manufacture many
custom items for customers including Graves/Rousell/Fruchey.
My desire is to be employed by a company that has a need
for the skills I have and advance to the quality that you desire .
I came to Ft Wayne in 1979 to open a shop called
Top Value Muffler I have been there through 3 owners and owned myself
and have had the chance to deal with a diverse market and a
lot of interesting project's Top Value Muffler {aka
Muffler King}
I have enjoyed a rich relationship in the 29 + years in FT WAYNE between the customers and commercial accounts that I have dealt with, understanding your customers needs is a must in today's world. I believe honesty and integrity will always win a loyal costumer long before lying to a customer to make a sale. My first rule of thumb has always listen first to your customer, advise when there is a possibility that they can do better, explain the quality and advantage of the service or product that you are selling.
Never try to do an attack sale{respect your customer}, the customer will always try to find someone else they can trust rather than deal with someone like that.
In the 29 + years that I have worked in FT WAYNE I have gained a lot of friends [ customers ] that I am more than glad to help and talk to achieve solving there problems wether it is a commercial customer or private individual.
As a result I have gained a customer loyalty list of over 400,000 customer that I am proud to have been able to help, and hope I will get the chance to do again for the next 20 years or more.
