Main project

NATURAL SPEECH INTERFACE PLATFORM (NSIP)(Period:2012-2013)

The main focus of the project was to design and develop a speech recognition system and to

interface it to common applications. We used MFCC and DTW algorithms for recognizing

isolated speech. As an end application we interfaced NSIP with home appliances using Arduino

micro controller board and relay circuits and controlled them using speech commands.

Mini project

SMART OFFICE(Period:2012)

In this project we designed and developed self monitoring, intelligent and energy saving office

room. In this the electronics appliances of the room such as fan,cooling system and lights were

controlled by an intelligent micro-controller based system minimizing the energy wastage.

Various sensors were used to monitor the room conditions
