Involved in installation of SMC, 3Com Hub’s & Switches Cisco Routers, High capacity Backup Systems on NT &

Novell Server with auto loader capability.

Install application software on the LAN and upgrade application soft ware.

Maintain NOS with appropriate patches, service packs, and update as necessary.

Monitor system performance at both the hardware and software level. Provide next level technical support to

junior Systems Administration staff. Provide documentation and information to the LAN/Database Manager and

Documentation Coordinator to ensure System Documentation Library updates and revisions are maintained.

Designing & Maintaining a Windows based infrastructure to support an intranet/internet Web Farm based on
