. Working as a UAT Analyst/Tester for UAT Batch processing team for All

Backend applications in Unix/Linux and SQL database, including Amdocs

Billing, MAF, MPS, AR, EOD Jobs, Daily Daemons, Collection jobs, Phase

in Jobs & Enabler Prepaid modules.

. Also supporting Frontend Applications such as CSM (Ensemble), eCare,

FTD, RPL, Price plan, WM, & Switch.

. Coordinating with 3rd party IT interfaces teams for the UAT testing

before production deployment.

and in writing for the issues rose during the shift. (We worked 24/7,

3 shifts).
