Construction included a new 18,000-sqft building that included 8 new
classrooms, library, and new 10,000 sq ft gymnasium.
Responsibilities included: Dual roles as Project Manager/Superintendent,
Estimating, weekly meetings, change orders, proposal requests, monthly
billings, submittal review, progress schedules and sub contractor reviews.

Responsibilities included: Being part of two Architectural Construction
Managers at Risk Projects, Sam Rayburn MS NISD ($7,500,000) and Wheatley
MS, SAISD ($14,000,000). Provide estimates, plan review, contractor
reviews, sub contractor reviews, monitor all phases of construction; work
with Architects in resolving Architectural and Consultant problems as they
arise on the projects; review and approve all submittals, pay requests and
progress schedules. Attend all project meetings, prepare and distribute
meeting minutes. Inspect projects on a daily or weekly basis and issue
field report to all involved parties.

Setup estimating programs: using Excel. I employed the AGC
and Builders Exchange for estimating, bidding programs and job
advertisements. Review and offer contracts to subcontractors,
project management, supervision, scheduling, process change
orders, process billing, job closeout, marketing and
interviewing for contracts with the government agencies and
commercial customers. US Government security clearance attained
for access to government bases. I have worked on Randolph AFB
and Lackland AFB.
