Training & Development & Employee Relations:

• Determining training needs of employees, preparing training calendar & organizing training schedules.

• Monitoring the post training implementations as agreed by the employees during training feedback sessions.

• Analyze training needs to design and conduct employee development trainings

• As HR SPOC have worked with limited supervision and have logical thinking for interpreting and analyzing problems related to employee issues, queries, grievances and provide solutions.
