It is Web based application; the summary of this application is to store

the digital assets like images, videos documents; presentations etc. and

retrieve them by searching with a keyword. The application will be used by

the staff of a particular organization. The main feature of the application

is to upload various digital assets and then view and download them using

the search feature. This system will be hosted within an intranet of an

organization and will be used as their in-house system. There will be 2

types of users for this application:

1) General user: The general users will be the staff of a particular

organization. General users will have the access to view and download

the assets using the library.

2) Administrator: Other stakeholders of the application will be the

administrators, who will be

having access to the additional features like adding / managing

assets & adding / managing users.
