SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Thirty years of qualified experience in all phases of construction, grass roots through
startup. Twenty of those years included managing and direct supervision of both union and
non union labor, on multi million dollar capital improvement projects. Positions held
include Project Manager, Construction Manager, General Superintendent, Craft
Superintendent, and General Foreman. My duties in supervision enabled me to work
extensively with clients; making sure needs were met and advantageous for all parties
involved while staying on schedule and within budget constraints. Extensive knowledge in
scheduling, man loading, cost estimating, QAQC, and site safety protocol and procedures.
Extensive knowledge of wind farms, substations and T line projects. I am proficient in
Word, Excel, Prolog, and SAP . I have basic skills and knowledge in AutoCAD, P3, and
Microsoft Projects.
Burns & McDonnell: 2/13 to Present: Site Construction Manager over multiple hydrogen
fuel cell generator installation projects in the Houston TX metro. Site Construction Manager over the
installation a 230 KV transformer, bus and breaker change out in Somerville NJ. Both projects
included all civil, electrical, safety and QA QC duties that came with the position.
MasTec: 7/12 to 2/13: T line superintendent on one of the CREZ projects in West Texas. I was
in charge of 3 segments of this line. This included 114 miles of 345KV lattice towers with a few
mono pole structures. It is a double bundle 1590 single circuit on parts and double circuit on other
parts. My duties include safety, material management, QAQC and all administrative duties the
position requires.

AREOTECH: 1/2011 to 7/12: Substation superintendent contracted to Burns & McDonald
and AEP in Corpus Christi Texas. My duties include safety, material management, QAQC and all
administrative duties the position requires. This position consisted of 8 69 KVA sub stations and one
138 KVA sub station and 25 miles of 138 T line for AEP
Wind Capital Group: 2009 to 8/2010: Construction Manager over construction of the Lost
Creek Wind Project. This was a 150mw wind farm consisting of 100 GE 1.5 mw XLEs, a 138KVA
substation with dual GSU, and 12 miles of transmission line. My duties included overseeing the
construction of the new substation and the tie in to the local utilities substation. Coordinate the
contractors at the substation on the installation (including retrofit) of fiber, control cables,
relays, and addition of multiplexers where needed. Duties also included ensuring site safety
procedures were in place and abided by, land owner relations, daily reporting of progress,
and troubleshooting any challenges that arose during the project. This project was
completed 65 days ahead of projections and 3.5 million under budget.

Acciona Energy North America: 2008 to 2009: Construction site manager over the
construction of the Eco Grove Project. This wind farm consisted of 67 Acciona 1.5 mw wind
turbines, a new substation, collection system, and transmission lines. Oversaw, led and managed
upwards of 30+ folks at the substation, approximately 50% of which were bargaining unit
(craft) personnel such as substation electricians, etc... And 50% were degreed Engineers
(e.g. P&C relay engineers, Civil/Structural design engineers, etc land owner relations,
daily reporting of progress and concerns and all safety and administrative duties that came with this
position.
Renewable Energy Systems: 2007 to 2008: Electrical site manager of a 60 mw wind
farm in Floydada Texas and 100 MW wind farm at south Trent mesa near Sweetwater Texas. These
facilities consisted of 26 Siemens 2.38 mw wind turbines, 26 miles of T Line and a 69kv substation at
Floydada and 44 Siemens 2.38 MW turbines, 9 miles of T Line and a 138kv substation at South Trent
Mesa. Iron Ridge WI 26 GE 1.5 and 22 miles of T line. My duties included scheduling, contract
management, safety QAQC and all associated functions that came with position.
Crowder Construction Company 2006 2007: Division Electrical manager. I was in
charge of all direct hire labor for all of the projects in the state of Georgia. My duties included man
loading, scheduling, and cost tracking for these sites. I also implemented all hot work and lock out
tag out procedures on these sites.
Becon/Bechtel 2005: Hurricane Katrina Relive effort: Area lead over East Biloxi Ms My Duties
included site assessments, RFOs (ready for occupancy) reporting to FEMA assisting in assessment of
special needs such as utility connections and site preparations. We worked closely with the county
government, utility providers and the local people to meet their need.
Southwinds Industrial 2003: Electrical superintendent over the controls installation of the
DC Link project in Rapid City South Dakota. This was a 230 KVA switching station and the first of its
kind in the US. I was responsible for 60 technicians on this site. My duties also included tracking of
costs and man hours for all chances to the original scope in a sub contract roll.
JE Merit 2002 2003: Electrical Area Superintendent on a new film line. This was a complete
new line consisting of a Donier machine. I was responsible for all phases of the electrical
construction on this project. My duties included take offs material ordering quantity and cost
tracking and all administrative duties that came with this position. I was responsible for about 80
direct hire and 40 or so sub contract electricians on this project.
Black&Veatch 2002: Electrical superintendent on a 280MW combined cycle power plant this
unit is a single GE frame 7 FA with an Alstom steamer and a Foster Wheeler HRSG. I was responsible
for all phase of construction on this project in a construction management rolls managing union sub
contractors. My duties include scheduling man loading and cost tracking and all administrative
duties that come with this position.
Nepco 1999 2001: Electrical / Instrument Superintendent, I was responsible for the grassroots
installations of a GE frame 6 Gas Turbine and Delteck Hrsg on the Union Carbide project in Sea Drift
Texas. I was responsible for all phases of electrical construction and pre commissioning of this unit.
Upon completion of this project I was assigned to the Dell AK. Site for construction of a 600 MW
combine cycle power station. I was responsible for all aspects of the construction of this unit which
consisted of 2 GE frames, 7 gas turbines, 2 Hrsgs, and 1 D 11 Steam turbines. This was also a

grassroots job. Duties: Material take off, scheduling, man loading and all administrative aspect for
the successful completion of the project on time and within budget.
J. E. Merit 1998 1999: Electrical Superintendent I was responsible for the installation of a
new titanium dioxide unit at Kerr McGhee chemical in Hamilton Mississippi. This was a retrofit
project where the plant remained hot during construction. I provided work direction for 85
electricians and 30 fitters. Duties: Material take off, ordering, project tracking, and all administrative
aspect needed to complete this project.
Fluor Daniel 1998: Electrical Foreman on the construction of a plastic plant in Bay St. Louis,
Mississippi. I was responsible for a 14 person crew in the pellet handling side of the project. I was
over the Rack room and ran a terminating crew on the DCS and PLC control for 2 large MCC’s that
controlled the finished product from the units.
Edwards Electric 1997: Electrical Superintendent, I was responsible for the construction of
the gaming floors and recreation decks of the Beau Ravage Casino resort in Biloxi Mississippi.
Approximately 40 people worked for me during my 9 months on this project.
Rust Constructors 1997 1994: I was in charge of the installation of on a series of upgrades
to the Vista chemical plant in Aberdeen Mississippi. This consisted of 2 new reactors, 2 new drier
lines, and a series of upgrades to the pellet silos. I also worked for Rust at Fina in Bayport Texas.
This was a new polyethylene unit. I handled startup and commissioning of this unit with
approximately 60 people under my supervision. Rust, Mansfield LA, International Paper; I was in
charge of the night shift on the world’s largest recycled paper machine I had approximately 120
electricians under my supervision on this project. Duties: All administrative duties, which came with
the position. Materials take off, ordering, man loading, scheduling, labor reporting, and enforcement
of all safety and company policies.
Kamtech 1996 1992: I was General Foreman on the production optimization project in New
Bern NC for Weyerhaeuser pulp and paper. This was a retrofit project on a limekiln and 2 sets of
black liquor evaporators. I was also a General foreman on all 3 phases of the Kimberly Clark
Expansion in Corinth Mississippi. I was responsible for the construction on the rebuild of one spun
bond machine. Also one new spun bond machine, one MBL machine, one complete roll handling
system and one raw material handling system with silos.
