My experience in Loss

Prevention, Safety and Compliance, extends over 20 plus years, as I began my

career in the United States Air Force and continued as Regional Loss Prevention

Manager for CVS/Caremark. My personal

achievements and experience spans the entire period without any breaks, I would

like to mention a few facts representative of past contributions and indicators

of abilities, I can offer:

* Recently, I managed and trained some 1200 Associates, Store Managers and Pharmacist in 53 pharmacy buildings in parts Metroplex, West Texas and all parts north to Wichita Falls. I have utilized my acquired skills in training and supervision to develop and maintain the highest level in proficiency in the rapidly changing and competitive world of Retail Pharmacy;

* My ability to work and communicate with outside agencies have far extended the reaches of 53 stores and millions in assets (merchandise, materials, funds and drugs) I manage; with a constant need to investigate, measure and respond to risk and work in concert with 25 local law enforcement agencies to include DEA and State Board of Pharmacy, while meeting compliancy in safety and required reporting;

* My efforts to train management and crew to maintain a safe and fully accessible environment for thousands of patients and customer visiting the pharmacies in my charge have been extremely effective. These efforts have saved the company countless financially and in the invaluable patient/customer confidence; and
