Selected Accomplishments:
• Spearheaded daily huddles focused on improving sales, warranties, and gross profit. Scheduled ongoing training regarding product knowledge, role plays focused on building customer rapport and upselling with goals of 5 high margin additional items with each sale resulting in a 15% increase in sales. Held associates accountable for performance with on the spot and end of day coaching.
• Developed processes to improve the merchandising of the store through improved store conditions, high margin merchandise to end caps as well as carefully selected impulse items throughout the store. • Analyzed and developed processes to take the worst district in the company and bring it to profitability. These processes included daily store visits which focused on loan development and elimination of delinquent and charged off accounts. Worked with team to organize store, consistent contacting of customers, teaching what a good loan looked like, and a tremendous focus on charged off accounts. Developed a process for consistently building rapport and offerings of all products and services. This resulted in a 150% improvement in loan balance as well as a 273% in profitability which enabled the district to become profitable.
• Awarded gold medal in 1st 2 quarters of 2009 for collection and charge off reductions.
