Project Manager - CDMA Telecom Lab Manager
Managed largest telecom equipment center in Richardson with 15 CDMA IP packet systems
totaling over 700 nodes for 24/7 operation. Administered budgets of over $11M in Capital and
$5M in Expense for equipment procurement and system installation. Performed high-level
engineering for project sizing and budget estimates. Created, generated and presented reports
for project and financial progress.
Project Management:
• Managed prioritization and workflow for all equipment additions and system reconfiguration
projects. Planned, scheduled and tracked project timelines for 20 major projects annually and
handled day-to-day management of small projects and change requests.
• Directed technical support teams in all facets of equipment introduction and delivery into the
equipment facility including: system engineering, equipment procurement and receiving,
installation and user acceptance tests to meet product delivery milestones.
• Facilitated troubleshooting between vendor support services and internal teams on complex
lab performance issues.
• Strategized low-cost lab configuration solutions through material recovery and redeployment
