. Initiating maintenance plans/schedules for minimizing machinery downtime

for smooth production; minimize stoppages & ensure condition monitoring

of various equipments.

. Plan, repair & maintenance of Instruments. Determine when planned

i/p converter.

. Spearheaded efforts across Calibration & Maintenance of Electronic

Equipment, maintenance of Pneumatic Control System with PLC & SCADA.

. To attend the breakdowns & to do the preventive / predictive maintenance

work of pressure, temperature, flow, vacuum, differential pressure

transmitter, control valves, on-off Valves, i/p converter.

. Planning & execution of field instrument's maintenance / calibration

activities in co-ordination with process departments.

. Periodically checking of interlocks on SCADA (Onspec 6.3) system.

. Troubleshooting & servicing of various instruments like temperature

transmitters, control valves, solenoid valves, RTDs, level transmitters.

. Maintenance & servicing of weighing balances (Make : NOVA WEIGH,METTLER

TOLEDO)

. Planning & execution of shutdown activities.

. Follow up for spares with store dept.
