Joined as a Trainee in Carreman Fabrics India Ltd in February' 2008 and

presently working at the same Organization as a Junior Designer

certified Company and is a Leading manufacturer of Suiting fabrics of Poly

Viscose Lycra, Cotton Lycra, Poly Viscose Cotton Lycra, Linen

Polyester.Viscose Lycra and a small portion of Wool blends. The company,

Carreman Fabrics India Ltd is engaged in the manufacturing of fabrics both

for Women's and Men's wear. The fabrics are exported to various countries

like USA, FRANCE, GERMANY, UK, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA and various other

countries around the globe. Our major customers are, GAP, EXPRESS, EXPRESS

MEN, TAHARI, DEVRED, JULES, CELIO, MANGO, UNIQLO and other Big brands

around the world.

MY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

. To make Design Blankets to prepare summer and winter collection.

. To make Yardages sheets.

. Fabric analysis and Design analysis to replicate customer's swatch.

. To maintain the Color continuity of Yarn Shades of Bulk, by Checking

and controlling the shades of each lot coming to our yarn godown.

. To follow up the Finishing of Design Blankets and to approve the hand

feel of

Yardages prior to dispatch to the customer.

. To make Technical sheets.

. To feed Indent and Specification sheet in computer system.

. Take quality round on daily-basis, to check the Designs and other

technical parameters of all the new looms that get started on the

previous day

. Related sampling job (Hangers, swatch cards etc.)

. Also play a small role, along with the head of the Design Team and my

colleagues in deciding the color range for the season to make the New

Collection.
