Job Requirements and/or Responsibilities:
• Manages each project from inception to completion. This includes delivering the project
within the approved budget and schedule with the highest quality.
• Participates in the Scope Development including the estimating of the scope of work,
evaluates G/C’s and Sub-Contractors and their bids and awards the job to the appropriate
G/C and Sub-Contractors.
• Closely manages the project – i.e. cost, quality of work, timelines and schedules and
regularly reports on project status.
• Supports the ongoing maintenance operation of the hotel including refrigeration, HVAC,
plumbing, preventive maintenance, ice machines, swimming pools, lighting, kitchen
equipment, emergency generators, switch rooms, roofs, etc.
• Works with and schedules outside contractors with the completion of the project on time
and within budget.
