• Walgreens Pharmacy: April-2008 to Present (Pharmacy Technician)

Duties: Processing new and refill prescriptions, Filling prescriptions labels, Medication inventory and

stock, Pulling expired medications, Taking incoming callings, Faxing and calling doctors for refill request

TAR request and approvals.

• CVS Pharmacy : October -2006 to 12-2006 ( Pharmacy Technician )

Duties: Processing new prescriptions and refills, filling prescription labels, inventory, cardinal

ordering,prior authorization approvals, billing insurance claims, customer service.

• RX Relief Staffing Agency: 8-2003 to 11-2006 (Pharmacy Technician)

Various locations: HUBERT HUMPERY COUNTY HOSPITAL, USC/LAC MEDICAL CENTER, and

KING DREW MEDICAL CENTER.

Duties: IN-PATIENT/OUT-PATIENT PHARMACY

Processing new prescriptions and refills, filling, inventory, doctor calls, unit dosing, drawing up IV’s.

SKILLS:

• Type 50 words per minute, great communication skills, Bi-lingual, PTCB certified.

• PDQ System, prior authorization approvals, third party billing,
