PROJECTS & PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

1. “SMART PASSANGER-Intelligence Bus Transport system”

Description : An academic main project done in C programming language. This is done in

real world(Embedded project) and simulation. In this project proposed with new idea for tracking

buses by RFID to make system cost effective and GPS doesn’t work well in under developing

countries as roads are dynamic. Main aim is to provide early warning system, details of

travelling from source to destination and for admin monitoring all buses. This early

warning system is will be alerts would be in the form of SMS to the passengers who ever

query. So the passengers can reach their stop just in time and board the bus without any

waiting.

The alert system would be fully automatic without any need for interaction with the

bus driver or passengers. The passengers would only need to register on a central website

their mobile number, the bus for which they would like to get the alert, their stop and the

time when they would like to get the alert.

2. “IMPLEMENTATION OF SOFTWARE RAID (Redundant array of independent disk)”

Description : A academic mini project which was targeted to understand and implement

various operations like mirroring of data in storage disks to achieve fault tolerance, file splitting

and dispersion for performance boost. It was real learning with respect to concepts of storage

area networks.

3.“IMPLEMENTATION OF EFFICENT BROADCASTING FOR DYNAMIC

ROUTING”

Description : A mobile ad hoc network enables wireless communications between

participating mobile nodes without the assistance of any base station. Two nodes that are out of

one another’s transmission range need the support of intermediate nodes, which relay messages

to set up a communication between each other. When a sender transmits a packet, all nodes

within the sender’s transmission range will be affected by this transmission. The advantage is

that, if one node transmits a packet, all its neighbours can receive this message. On the negative

side, one transmission may interfere with other transmissions, creating the exposed terminal

problem where an outgoing transmission collides with an incoming transmission, and the hidden

terminal problem where two incoming transmissions collide with each other.

4. “INVENTORY MANAGMENT ORDER LIFE CYCLE ”

Description : In this project multiple sources Extracting raw file from any type source

system server and then loading into the landing area and performing data profiling, data quality

and transformations load the data into destination target system, Dimensional schema used is

Snow flake schema .In this we are using SCD Type 1, In this finally organized data can be

retrieved very efficiently.

Participated state level technical seminar at NMAM Institute of technology, Nitte

presented paper on “RFID Based Bus Monitoring and Customer Notification” bagged 3rd
