Safety committed experienced Production Supervisor with strong leadership skills is looking for

new job/position as Platform Production Supervisor.

After 5 challenging years working for Maersk Oil Qatar, I’m confident that I have the r ight technical skills,

management experience and Incident Free mindset to take the position as Platform Production Supervisor.

On a daily basis I get exposed to a great variety of technical challenges and managerial dilemma’s. The vast

amount of equipment and Tie-ins from other platforms has given me a very strong technical base and the

ability to handle a highly complex production platform. My decisions in short term or in a longer

perspective are based on facts, procedures, experience, business priorities and last but not least with

p rocess safety as priori ty no. 1.

My technical and management/leadership background comes from 25 years working in Diary industry,

chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry and Oil/gas industry. I’ve always worked for highly competitive

companies with high focus on safety, values, production, quality and environment.

As Production Supervisor I have these Key responsibilities and areas to manage on a daily basis:

• Be a role model in relation to company values and safety. Walk the Talk!

• Responsible for safe execution of production, ensure all jobs from different departments can be

completed within production envelope. Act as last barrier.

• Always adhere to company procedures/guidelines. Suggest changes/improvements or develop and

i mplement local department procedures/guidelines where necessary

• Manage and provide leadership to all crew on board, this also includes WSS, drilling r igs, vendors,

M ITAS and other guests. Showing appropriate leadership with open/honest attitude and a win-win

m indset

• Focused on business priori ties, shot term (daily production execution) and longer perspective (shut

down planning, FDP, projects, objectives and development of crew, individuals and organization)

• Encourage to collaboration between departments and platforms, providing environment for

teambuilding and team spirit. Sharing better practises between platforms and onshore/offshore

• Leader of Emergency Team in CCR or Fire Team Commander. Showing strong leadership, decision

making and encourage people in an extremely stressful environment

Managing a big production installation as B-location requires a strong technical base, as well as providing

leadership and guidance in a challenging and changing environment. My management and leadership

s tyle, believe and approach can be outlined in these bullet points:

campaigns (local or corporate)
