Responsible for assigning P.C deployments to technicians and ensuring that the work was

• Scheduled and executed P.C deployments with hand receipt holders. Maintained all
documents related to the deployment. Handle any unforeseeable problems with the
customers.
• I kept inventory of all Government IT equipment on a database to include name, type,
serial/model number, and tag/label number.
• Briefs the upper echelon on weekly basis on deployment progress and shortfalls.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
• System administration experience with Solaris 8, Knowledge of Sun Enterprise equipment
and products.

UNIX equipment.
• Performed escalation support of large-scale computer systems in a multi-server environment,
with a focus on system administration of UNIX operating systems.
• Experience attaching external storage servers and configuring storage using third party tools.

INFORMATION ASSURANCE:

• Initiated REM/RETINA scans on subnets to collect data on vulnerabilities, unauthorized
software, IAVA’s, software errors, hardware updates, patches, service pack updates, and
security holes and software version updates across the UNCLAS and SIPRNET networks.
• On a weekly or a greater need basis the scanned results was logged and analyzed showing
REM/RETINA and WASSP results.
• I emailed all security data reports to senior management, and my support team. On a weekly
basis I briefed on upper Echelon, senior management, customers, and support team on the
security test results with the ultimate goal of C & A successfully.
