assure the juvenile's safety and for providing the necessary clinical
services to all juveniles. I was responsible for documentation of all
services.

therapy on an as needed basis and according to their treatment plan. My
other duties included: Bio-psychosocial assessments; diagnosing; providing:
comprehensive evaluations to individuals and families; outpatient therapy
sessions to children identified medical facilities, schools, family, and
other agencies within the community; and realistic treatment planning for
the individuals. I served as a referral source and liaison between the
client and his/her community.
