Maintenance Worker II

Preformed maintenance on multiple school sites including minor carpentry, plumbing and

electrical work. Minor vehicle and machinery maintenance, janitorial duties, landscaped work,

inter district deliveries. Used variety of small tools and machinery pertaining to specifics of job.

QUALIFICATIONS

I am experienced with a broad range of hand tools and mechanical equipment. I have been certified as a

fork lift driver, loading and unloading trucks, scissor lifts, pallet jacks, conveyor belt maintenance,

working within each companies requirements.

In the past I worked for the maintenance department of a school district in California, my duties included

custodial, maintenance and landscaping.

I also worked for many years in the lumber industry as a utility worker, in shipping and receiving, a

sawyer, lumber grader, operated and repaired heavy duty machinery, belts, chains, saws specific to the

operation of the mill.

My experience also includes working for a food cannery in the maintenance department, maintaining the

day to day functioning of the cannery based equipment.

Working with the public in a retail sales setting as a young man and as an older worker I enjoyed daily

interaction with customers and fellow employees finding great satisfaction in assisting customers in all

phases of sales and service.
