Production Supervisor

I supervised the Converting and Corrugator Departments utilizing marketing best management.

Improve the key performance indicators of safety, quality, production, waste, and cost.

Maintain a “Zero Recordable” Safety Record.

Increase the square footage output at the corrugator by improving teamwork among the crew.

Reduce waste from 15% to 6% by improving inspection methods and accountability.

Assist on mounting cutting and printing dies on rotary die cut machine such as Ward and Langston.

Conducted shift production meetings and shift supervisor “OPX Handover” meetings.

Coordinated with shipping to ensure all shipping times and dates are met.
