1.Performs Gap Analysis audit to drilling contractor’s HSE system, evaluates the contractor Safety Management System implementation, and completes the audit report. Verifying the compliance of contractor safety operation, such as Permit to Work, Job Safe Analysis, Lock-out/Tag-out, Confined Space, Fall protection, Management of Change, Emergency Equipment Management, risk assessment, etc.,

2.Conducts on-site safety inspections on contractors rigs and rig-less units, to audit physical conditions and safe work practices. Pre commencing and verifying compliance with corporate safety regulations and procedures,

3.Participates in high potential incident investigation, which includes equipment failure and operation process incident. Collects the sufficient information to support Tap Root Analysis. Determines the root cause, develops recommendations with S.M.A.R.T.E.R principles,
