Project details:

Done a project title as THREE PHASE UNITY POWER FACTOR IMPROVEMENT USING

RECTIFIERS FOR AC MOTOR DRIVES.

The main theme of my project is improving power factor and reduces total harmonic

distortion (THD) for ac motor drive.

The bi directional controlled switch is play major role in my project. In existing system,

during normal power supply and when the feedback switch is not included the load will

experience a THD of 72%.

In proposed system, we achieved 5.5% of THD and power factor is 0.91. Applications are

reducing harmonics and avoid penalties in industries.

I can easily adapt according to the situation, Comprehensive problem solving abilities,

knowledge about electrical technology, Communication skills, Leadership quality,
