Started at Stater Brothers as courtesy clerk. Then work my way up in the company. Working in
many different departments, and managed night crews. Then was offered to take keys to the store
as part of management team. As a manager I had various job duties. From handing cash,
customer service, training store employees, and managing the store when the store director was
not working. meeting and walking district supervisors through the market. Then discussing areas
of focus within the store.
Frito Lay- Rancho Cucamonga, CA 10/27/05-Present
With Frito Lay I worked in a competitive sales environment. Every week we had to meet sales
goals and quotas so that would put us in good shape to hit our quarterly number. After a year
with the company. I wanted to work my way up within the company. From entry level route
sales, to a route expert, and then a route sales trainee. where I worked along with new hires as
part of their training program. I was also actively involved with our company safety committee.
Which I enjoyed working with the employees to help stay safe in the work place, and helping the
company save money. By reducing on the job injury's or accidents. I enjoyed the DSD sales side
of the business. Every day had something different to bring.
