Professional Experience:

Business Analyst, CB&I 2014- Present

• Responsible for the installation, development, project execution, maintenance, and support of enterprise construction related systems utilized in remote, complex environments including two AP1000® Nuclear electric-generating units, LN&G, Fossil, and other CB&I jobsites across the USA and world

• Managed the implementation of CB&I’s enterprise welding software package across the USA that provides automation capabilities to develop, distribute, track all welding procedures, welding data records. Evaluated and recommended solutions based on technical analysis, considering downstream impacts to other business areas and jobsites. Determined root cause and resolve software related issues. Managed software change requests and needs from users at various CB&I jobsites, validated vendor software solutions met objectives, and implemented software releases

• Successfully stabilized the Shaw Cable Manager application- a nuclear regulated application used to schedule and terminate cables, and which provides other cable reel management tools. Facilitated re-occurring sessions to assess business needs and diagnose issues. Worked closely with system architects to analyze and resolve technical issues that spanned software, hardware, and Citrix. Created requirements, managed software development, project timelines, and successfully implemented software releases composed of critical enhancements and fixes on time and budget

• Worked closely with software vendor and SMEs using the BPI corrective action system to increase the quality, traceability and timeliness of identifying and resolving issues as recommended by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission at a CB&I facility that fabricates and assembles structural, piping, equipment, and other modules for nuclear, chemical, and petrochemical plants around the world. Business Analyst, Schumacher Group 2011- 2013

• Support, enhance, and implement mission critical payroll and time entry/labor collection systems for Fortune 500 company with 28,000 employees in 6 continents and 58 countries

• Implementation of a $1M+ enterprise-wide time & attendance system- allowing for time clock labor collection at various sites across the USA, secure entry and exit for employees, compliance with nuclear and union labor regulations, reducing employee overhead involved with manual collection of labor, redundant data entry, increase of labor collection accuracy, and elimination of re-keying time in JD Edwards. Estimated cost savings $5M+/year

• Implemented JD Edwards auditable state taxable wage reporting solutions for LA and OK which resulted in an estimated cost savings of $800k/year and $250k/year respectively for the next 10 years

• Engineered a flexible custom time entry upload which centralized and standardized the custom upload process eliminating internal overhead associated with 8 one-off custom uploads for specific jobsites resulting in time savings from re-keying time into JD Edwards, data entry errors, and ability to add new sites without one-off customizations
