Roles and Responsibilities -
> Giving support to 11000 + servers.
> Knowledge of the handling various (Branded) Servers, Desktops &
Laptops (Dell, HP, IBM)
> Working as per the ITIL process
> Incident Management: (Supporting the Wintel OS Platform: Low, Medium,
High & Critical Priority Tickets)
> Resolving all tickets within SLA timeframe, working under ITIL
process.
> Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware,
peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in
accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
> Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures
> Create, change, and delete user accounts as per request.
> Provide Tier III/other support per request from various
constituencies. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
