Principle Key Areas
. Execution of total quality assurance activities of grey fabric.
. All quality checks of Grey fabric i.e. EPI, PPI, Width,
Design and etc quality parameters.
. Involved in fabric inspection system for export, domestic civil markets
and garments manufacturer i.e. 4 point system
. Execution in Grey fabric inspection and feedback on basis of inspection
to improve the quality improvement. Preventive steps in further process
for reducing defectives.
. All quality checks of pre-treatment fabric i.e. Whiteness, Tegawa,
Absorbency, PH, Strength and etc.
. Involved in analyzing data of defective finished goods delivered and
highlighting the defect to the department & find causes & suggest
remedies.
. Controlling cuts & defects of weaving, mending & dyeing.
. To analyze the yarn parameters i.e RKM, Imperfection.
. To analyze the yarn performance in loom shed
. Controlling of rejection from final inspection, follow up of rejection
at final inspection & remedial action with coordination
with department.
