Cairn India Limited, Gurgaon, India (July 2009 to Aug 2012)

¬Completion Team

• ¬Managed PCP service and equipment contract for Bhagyam field with more than 51 producers.

• Worked as a company representative on rod running unit during installation of 6 PCPs (for wells with capacity 1000 BPD to 4000BPD). Involved in design modifications in PCPs with respect to filed requirements.

• Worked as a completion engineer on land Work over rig, completing multiple string completion (tubing, heater string, ESP power cable, PCP gauge cable, PDG cable).

¬¬Well Intervention Team

• ¬Planned and supervised more than 500 slick line, 100 e-line and 50 coiled tubing interventions operations. Part of the team performing more than 2500 interventions to bring Mangal filed having more than 150 producers and 50 injectors, online and maintaining production at 150,000 BOPD.

• Supervised hydraulic fracturing in more than 40 zones in deep tight gas wells testing up to 23 MSCFD.

• Planned and supervised stimulation operations (in-situ acid, mild acids, wax dissolving, filter cake dissolving) in cased completion and open hole completions with screens, SSDs and ICDs.

• Part of Well integrity team and designed automated database for monitoring the pressures in annuls. Identified and confirmed 6 wells with integrity issue post bleed and sampling from Annulus.

• Designed an excel based algorithm for plotting tornado and the operating point for ESPs installed in water producers producing at 60,000BWPD and horizontal wells producing at 18,000 BPD.

• Managed E-line and TCP contracts which involved preparing SOW and tender evaluation, optimum utilization of the 3 e-line units, keeping update on the inventory, invoices and issues with vendors.
