Program Manager

. Manage all New England region wireless installations and integrations,

UMTS, LTE, T-mobile Mod, for the Ericsson account.

. Managed the team that took this account from a 100k a month with 20%

margins to an average of 300k monthly

. Responsible for management of a team of project managers, field PM's,

and project

coordinators, as well as all field personnel of a group that

encompasses about 50 employees.

. Currently managing all deployment, materials, budgets, customer

interfacing, and quality assurance for projects nationwide.

. Handle project from bid and quote phase until sign off after

integration.

. Work and secure new accounts, currently working Alcatel, LGS,

Windstream and Century Link.

test and turn up of long haul fiber systems, local access

year had sales of 1.8 million dollars, and 2nd year sales of 4.7

Allegiance, McCloud, XO, AT&T, and various smaller companies.

. Responsible for the management of all project managers and projects in

the

Eastern region of the US. from Boston to Miami to Chicago.

. Built collocation sites in all the tier 1 cities.

the contract companies, maintaining

with project managers on the turn up of the

systems and their integration into the network.

. Team built about 500 collocation sites throughout the Eastern United

States.

local personnel in each city and trained them in the operation and

maintenance of their collocation sites.

. Delivered all of our projects on time, and in most cases ahead of

schedule through a very aggressive plan for

implementation and network integration.

. Managed 3-4 crews working various sites on a route, compiling their

. Gave training classes for contract personnel on signal flow and
