Manage the quality department and responsible for the effective implementation of
quality system
To visit sites as per the project manager's request for any issues related to quality.
Third Party NDT testing arrangement at sites as per Project Manager's request.
Implement inspection procedures for fit-up, welding and painting.
Monitor the activities of subcontractors and arrange inspections according to their RFI.
Coordinate and monitor the QA/QC Engineers and Inspectors activities and ensure that
all process are documented properly.
Prepare QA/QC documents according to the clients specification.
NDT coordination with approved Third Party by the Client.
Quality welders as per relevant standards and renew the welders Certificates.
Responsible for the clean and safe working environment within the factory premises.
Witnessing raw material testing & reporting to the management about the results.
Any other duties assigned by the Operation's Manager.
