Accomplishments
* Implemented automated Logistics EDI system at Nedlloyd Lines. My duties
then also included acting as the system administrator for the EDI system.
Also supervised two operators.
* My implementation of EDI at Butler Paper/Mail-Well (then divisions of
Georgia Pacific) automated sixty percent of the sales orders and over
forty percent of the invoices.
* Managed the EDI department at PACE Membership Warehouses and realized
projected annual savings of 10.336 million dollars. My staff consisted
of six EDI specialists. Duties included all facets of EDI strategy,
operations, and development.
* Global EDI Manager at Cott Beverages. Implemented EDI to integrate with
SAP R/3. Also, negotiated a flat usage rate with the primary Value Added
Network (VAN) to save thousands in operating costs.
* While consulting, implemented automated systems for EDI processing at
Kellogg (open VMS). Helped develop user requirement documents and system
integration specifications for MCI's OO billing project.
* Converted Cluett Peabody's EDI system from AS/400 (legacy) to HP-UX
(Garpac - a 4GL apparel manufacturing system). Integrating with EC/EDI
system with the ERP. My duties included all facets of EDI strategy,
operations, and development.
* Implemented integrated EC/EDI solutions at manufacturing and distribution
companies. In my recent implementations, integrated EDI transactions with
many different ERP packages (SAP, BPCS, Vantive, J.D. Edwards, etc.).
Many scalable projects with between three and seven hundred trading
partners. Robust range of Supply Chain, Financial, and CRM EC/EDI
transactions. Support of Healthcare and HIPAA implementations.
* Managed the delivery of services for a large B2B consulting practice.
Responsible for recruiting, retaining, and training consulting staff.
Role includes pre-sales support and Business Development for the EC/EDI
support of B2B services. Serve as a technical architect for data
transportation (cross-platform). Delivered evaluations, gap analysis,
feasibility studies, and EC/EDI strategies. I have also managed large
financial e-Business projects and migration implementations.

93% of procurement transactions).
