Process Engineer – Process Planning

• Established a process, create work instructions to newly created sub-assemblies for both the assembly lines, following kanban card system to handover the subs to mainline and for inventory control.

• Simulation and throughput analysis for a new car manufacturing plant. Designed carriers, power and free conveyors and simulated (Maruthi Udyog Ltd).

• Pilot project on three sheet metal welding simulation, setting the weld points using IGRIP.
