1. Interactive Excel Data Upload to the database

Technologies: Oracle 11g/10g, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, MS COM,

AJAX, JSON and PL/SQL

I have developed a package for interacting data communication between

database and Microsoft Excel. Using this package we can insert excel row

data's into to database tables and also it has the ability to format the

excel rows like coloring, font size, style, type etc in excel cells to

indicate duplicate data, incorrect values, incorrect formats, various

error states etc. some of the main features are:

. Avoids human errors.

. Maximum flexibility to the end-users

. Utilize the benefits of Microsoft excel in web applications

. Compare the data base values with excel row values

2. Report Scheduler

Technologies: PL/SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery

Using this package end-user can subscribe the basic SQL report; they

will get an option to select the time period of the report need to

generate. System will frequently generate and send the report through

mail in the scheduled interval.

3. Outlook Express Data Integration with the application

Technologies: Oracle 11g/10g, MS SQL Server, JavaScript, MS COM,

AJAX, JSON and PL/SQL

Developed a package for integrating and interacting between Microsoft

Outlook and web application. Using this package end users can import their

contact, calendar and task to their application account and can do various

automations. We are using this package for storing and monitoring generic

mail inbox and outbox and can find the aging and TAT for each mail request.

4. eZorder Upload format (Tag) generation DLL

Technologies: VB 6, VBA

I have created a DLL for convert bulk Order's getting in excel

template into eZorder application (E-Business Suite) unloadable format

(Database Tagging like XML). This package is widely using in Oracle Order

administration department for booking Bulk orders and also it is using to

covert sales credit information's also.

5. Online version control

Technologies: VB 6, IIS

As finance team requires lots of excel macros and excel sheets to

do their task; the file version controls become an issue. So I have

created a package to ensure the file version and automatic file upgrade.

This package is using in Partner teams order submit Template which

ensures all product list, price, exchange rate and file version up-to-

date and it is using in all macros.

6 Excel to XML Tag Generator

I have developed a product that can convert all kind of excel data

into XML format and vice versa. This have the option to select different

file formats like ANSI, Unicode, UTF-8 etc so the system will support all

kind of foreign languages and special characters. This product is widely

using in finance and customer management orgs to store, display and

transfer their data in a structured way. Also most of the application

supports XML upload and download so this product can be used to convert

that into excel format.

7. Text File Converter

Created a web based application to convert bulk number of text files into

Microsoft Word, CSV and Excel formats. User can decide the converted

files page setups, font style; zoom size etc. system will convert all the

files into the selected formats. Also user has the option to select the

lines to be deleted and special characters to replace etc. System will

convert hundreds of files within few minutes.

Developed and implemented a complete workflow application for

Oracle order administration team (OA). Using this application partner

team can submit their order package, monitor and track the booking

status, handles all kind of communication between the submitter and OA.

various applications like Oracle Order management application (OM),

Siebel, Tele-service, POP Store etc. System will automatically categorize

2. Fixed Prize Project Loss Accrual (PA-EFPLA)

This application is using to track, analyze and forecast the fixed prize

project and its revenue. The application will calculate the project expense

and remaining time to complete the project etc based on the different

parameter like project fund, total labor fund and remaining cost to

complete etc. Based on the project input system will calculate the

remaining fund to complete the project and highlights the loss projects.

Based on that project managers can take appropriate decision about the

projects. The system is having in built email system for communication

between the respective project managers and project accounting team so this

provides an end to end mechanism for tracking all transactions related to

the project. The system have the ability to identify the projects are

inactive from last couple of months and notifies the regional project

managers and they can update the project status with their comments so the

project accounting team can easily manage all the projects very

effectively.

3. GRAPO(Global Revenue and Procurement Operations) Project

tracking portal

Technologies: Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript

Developed and implemented an application to track and monitor projects and

tasks in various Lob's and teams under Global Revenue and Procurement

Operation (GRAPO). Using this application they can create and assign

projects and each projects they can create task's and subtasks and each

task can have task owners and time frame. And also we can update the

progress and status of task so that they can have live project and task

status reports with various access levels.

4. SCA Report automation

Technologies: Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript, Ajax

Automated the manual report creation and distribution process in excel

into web application. Using this application end-user can upload

application report and other supporting data into the application and can

generate the report. All the excel formulas, manual calculations and Pivot

tables in excel reports have automated using PL/SQL functions. System will

automatically generate more than 35 different reports from the main data

source using various calculations.

5. E-Metrics (Employee appraisal and productivity tool for S2S,PA,OA

and CDM)

Technologies: Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript

Developed an application which helps to do appraisal in an effective

way. This is a combination of many applications into one like productivity,

audit, assessment, feedback, initiatives etc. The system will capture

employee productivity, capacity and efficiency of each employee based on

the task settings and task volume and time. The system will work based on

employee entry as well as automated reports wich gives the task and volume

details for different applications. Using this tool team leaders and

managers can analyze their employee's productivity and their team's

capacity utilization.

5. Online Assessment & Survey Tool

Technologies: Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, JavaScript

Developed an application to conduct online exam, training, survey and

feedback. Using this product we can analyze employee's process and

functional knowledge. Based on the reports they can decide extended

training and appraisal etc. We have the option to combine various

assessment results and can analyze the progress of employees and their

functional area knowledge.

a) Global database that stores all the assessment results to a single

space which allows to do an effective comparative study using the

Customer Data Desk - Global Web Template

Created a global web template that replaces more than 150 templates

for various countries. Using the latest template customer creation,

address changes and relationship change request become very easy for the

end-user because they need to refer only one link and all the address

styles, Tax information's and list of values and validation will load

dynamically based on the country selection. The data quality also improved

because of country and business line wise validation for the key field like

Tax registration no, Address, postal code and profile class etc.

Excel Macros :

Technologies: VBA and VB 6

I have created lot of macros for Oracle finance organization to minimize

their task. One of the main macros which I created is POP Template. This

excel based template is used by all oracle partners to submit their bulk

order details. This has all product, pricing, discount and exchange rate

details with automatic update option with the main system all the

calculations will happen based on the entry and finally they can generate

an unloadable format and can upload to the application.

provides a scanner facility to acquire the image from scanner. This can

also provides the facility to word by word comparison of image and text

with proper character indication marks both in image and word with the

calculation of accuracy of comparison and spelling. It is developed using

VB, VBA, OCR Technology and Artificial intelligence Methodologies and MS

Access.

using voice recognizing system, using this facility an authorized user

login to the system from remote location using their communication device

and record the instructions in the system. The main objectives of the

project is to maintain the stock details of the goods, daily and

periodically both product wise and general sales report. It is also keep

the Supplier details and their products and their last time purchased or

offering prize also so at the time of order generation they can select view

and select appropriate supplier.

Description: This is a very good tool for administrating various system

facilities that are not providing the Windows OS GUI's. This tool is very

help full for repairing virus affected registry

Such as disabled task manager, fodder options etc. This software is mainly

developed by editing Windows Registry values. It have three parts first

part facilitates good UI for the user to enable, disable and add new

features to Drivers, Internet Explorer, control panel, start menu, media

player and login window. It will also provide computer information's,

Program Restriction options, battery level indicator, CPU and Network usage

and Various parts models and serial no of computer hardware pieces like

hard disk, motherboard etc. The second part is a folder or file protection

software. It provides the facility to protect various files and folders

from unauthorized access. The third part is a File splitting and encrypting

software for giving high security for the files. This software encrypts the

file and splits single files into small pieces and saves.

Description: This application is developed for Excel data entry work.

This software will speed up the data entry works by avoiding the

difficulties of accessing Excel spread sheet cells. It will act as an

interface between Excel and Internet Explorer by accessing excels cells

values and search and find the corresponding data with Google search

engine. It allows reading and entering excel cell values through a

graphical user interface. In this system user don't have direct interaction

with excel and internet explorer.

upload. This will automatically send the pay slip to the corresponding

employee's Email Id's. And also we have an option to include remote camera

viewing facility (Can see different office locations and its live

movements).

Description: This application keeps whole materials and its allocation

approval of the finance department and finally makes the material issue.

And also helping to keep the out Pass and in Pass details of materials.
