• TOOL ROOM: Preventive maintenance on molds (dies), inspect or replace guide pins,

bushings, horn pins, slides, gibs, wear plates, lifter rods, cerrries, sleeves, enjector pins,

water lines, hydralic hoses, limit switches, hot runner system, wireing, power plugs, T/C

plugs, heater bands. Add new vents, open old ones, clean cavity and core half. Make tie

in knock out bars or repair them if possible, retract broken studs, retap bolt threads.

• MAINTENANCE: Repair hydraulic hoses, rebuild hydraulic pumps, and valves,

lubricated machines, and preventive maintenance on molds.

• MOLD (DIE) SETTER: Remove previos molds and all materials, set new molds, gather

all new materials.

• PROCESS TECH: Set up machines to run efficient and produce a quality part.

• SUPER VISOR: Make sure good quality parts are shipped out on time, over seeing all

employee are doing their job. Trained opperators on jobs, relieved employees for breaks

and lunch.
