Production Manager, Deboning

Directed a 9-member supervisory team to oversee nearly 240 employees in the

day-to-day operation of the high-volume deboning production. Continually

aligned the production schedule with incoming orders to ensure the constant

achievement of customer service and delivery standards.

. Obtained 2 million dollars savings per year by improving production

yields from 22.0% to 23.5% (back to live yield). This improvement was

achieved in a 6 month period.

. Aligned the whole production team toward a continuous performance

yield, overtime, material waste, quality, service levels and upcoming

. Reconditioned and restored all production equipment to maintain
