Hyderabad pollution controls limited is now a 30 year old company, briefly called Polcons,
engaged in design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of
industrial air pollution control equipment’s and air handling systems. In the last 30 years
Polcons have installed hundreds of ventilation plants, and air pollution control systems; in
many large public sector undertakings (BHEL, NTPC& MAHAGENCO are to name a few)
and many more private enterprises.
Designation: Production &Quality Control Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:
• Complete testing and inspection according to the relevant standards of all the
products (Fans, Blowers etc.) manufactured in the workshop and documentation.
• Involve in Third Party Inspection/ Joint Inspection and clear all the points of
compliances.
• Preparing the manufacturing quality plans of various products manufactured in the
workshop, submission of Quality Assurance Plans to customers and getting approval
thereof.
• To attend the customer complaints in sites of customer and draw out the solution for
the same.
• Indenting material as per fabrication drawing/ GA drawing.
• Preparing Production Schedule for the month in advance.
• Arranging proper material flow in the workshop.
• To coordinate the timely completion of jobs and raise inspection calls.
• Arranging adequate man power in house and external contractors proactively.
• Complete documentation of all the materials involved in every project.
• Complete production material quality check and recording.
• Complete inward material quality check and record keeping.
• Total quality management of the workshop.
• To ensure safety of workmen & machines & cleanliness of the workshop.
• Calibration of instruments in advance of their expiry.
• To involve in Dynamic Balancing of rotors/Impellers.
• To CNC plasma cutting programming, operation and maintenance as per production
requirement.

(Home and Office products). The 80 percentage of company’s supply is to Godrej and Boyce
manufacturing company ltd-One of the India’s biggest manufacturer of home and office
products.

program initiatives in line with Toyota Production System (TPS) in the company.

• Knowledge in Auto CAD, PROE, SOLID WORKS and ANSYS, the designing soft
wares.
