Started as an office Boy and gradually started training in different levels
of training until I reach the Executive Level as a Branch Accountant for
the office located on the Cinco de Mayo Branch, then I held a Manager
position.

Executive Director of (Pilot project) in the (CERESO) Rehabilitation Center
for persons that has committed crimes. Ensenada, Baja California, M xico.

My job on this pilot project was to deliver the Narcon n Drug and Alcohol
Rehabilitation Program to inmates in the CERESO center, and when they has
been graduated from the program make a selection from the most qualified
and then train them with courses they needed to being staff, so they could
apply that knowledge and help others inmates to come off drugs and alcohol
and to get new skills by living a drug free life. During this time I worked
hard with the Ensenada, Mexico. Justice System (Judges and Lawyers) to help
the inmates that successfully completed the Narcon n Rehabilitation Program
get a reduced sentence because of their accomplishments and good behavior.

Narcon n Oklahoma and supervise that the students in the rehab program are
being given the treatment necessary and supervise their case so they can
complete the rehab program successfully. Also part of my training was to
learn all the different aspects of the areas that are part of the Narcon n
Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Program. With this training I was able to
become an active Executive Director up to a Senior Director of production.
Also I was able to work in different departments in case I was needed to
help out and that way the center could run smoothly.

I was working Part time and my job was to be in charge of running the
buffet bar and assist the Manager and the owner with some duties of
management.
NARCON N SOUTH TEXAS,
Senior Director of Production July 2008 through March 2012.
In Harlingen Texas at the Narcon n Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center I
was the Senior Director of Production and I was also the Senior Case
Manager. My duties as an executive was to supervise three Divisional Areas
and its departments ensuring the production rise higher ranks and report
the data to the Narcon n International Headquarters every week, I was In
Charge of 30 people in those Divisions. I ensured that every Department in
my Divisional Areas were running smoothly and well, with the purpose to met
the production goals from headquarters (Narcon n International). I also
worked closely with the Executive Director and the other two Divisional
Directors to make sure that we were working together as a team to handle
all the problems that might arise as well as coming up with ideas to
implement and help people that have an addiction problem to overcome the
drug and alcohol addiction.
Mexican Restaurant "Los Chilangos.
Owner. March 19, 2012 through October 8th 2012.
I opened this restaurant and it was very successful but due my wife started
being sick having a heart problem, I was forced to close it by helping her
to overcome surgery.

Narcon n International (Temporary Project Book I "Therapeutic Training

I held the Course Supervisor Book I temporarly and I was in charge to
supervise new students that have been finished their withdrawal program and
ensuring that they learn the therapeutic training routines, with the
purpose of be able to confront and handle their environment, events and
situations that coming up to their lives, and apply this knowledge to their
lives and become a drug free persons.
