Developed Photo process for various MEM products and t ransferred to manufacturing. Hired
and trained engineering technicians, provided engineering support for manufacturing,
matched and maintained all manufacturing tools, worked on projects to improve process,
yield and cycle time.
• Quality Manager
Maintained ISO9000-2001 and ISO14001 certification. Maintained quality/operational system
procedure documents for the entire site and handled customer complaint. Involved in routine
internal and external audits for compliance of specification, operating procedure, quality and
employee safety.
• Photolithography Section Manager
Managed two manufacturing fab operations. Converted 4” fab to 6” and matched all the tools
and processes to increase the production capacity. Supervised engineers and technicians,
