. Preparation of monthly production plan of container glass

maintaining the Mktg. requirements and utilizing the maximum

capacity of I.S M/C (individual suction M/C) & the furnace.

. Preparation of monthly production plan of our WORK SHOP & Sister

concern WORK SHOP for machining/mfg. of different type moulds,

machine parts & others equipments, required in production of

container glass.

. Generating of P.O, P.R. (purchase requisition), STO (stock

transfer order), Creation of BOM of FG items in SAP.

. Vendor Co-ordination.

. Co-ordination with inter departments like Quality, Design, work

shop, Glass tech dept. etc for product improvement & development.

. Co-ordination with other departments like Marketing, Stores,

Despatch etc. for smooth running of plant.

. Project of NPD (new product development).

. Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly MIS (management information

system).

. Preparation of month wise production & development reports.

. Knowledge of AUTO CAD (2D & 3D) [Certificate in Computer Aided

Designing from R.K.M.C.C. Belur Math].
