Title : Dynamic Power Management for the
Iterative Decoding of Turbo Codes
Language used : VHDL using VLSI technique
Brief : Power Consumption is reduced during
iterative decoding based on the
technique of throttling and the
workload prediction.54% of energy can be
saved using this method.
Power consumption can be controlled
during system operation depending
upon the processing load.

This latter approach is called Dynamic Power
Management.
