Currently working with DYNCORP INTERNATIONAL as a Fuel operator /Fuel Tank

Driver at Afghanistan From 30 oct 2009 to till Date

ITT Industries, System Division, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. (2005 to 2008 )

FUEL OPERATOR/DRIVER

> Comply with prescribed safety procedures or federal laws regulating

waste disposal methods.

> Receive fuel tankers and perform basic fuel tests: Visual test for

sediments and water,check density,deep and conductivity before

downloading into the Bulk Installation

> Pull out samples of fuels and send them to Lab in event basic tests.

> Perform to download daily around more than 100,000 gallons in

collapsible bags

> Change filter elements in filter Separators in an event they are

deemed (green, yellow&reed) not good to perform their function.

> Management of Hazardous waste fuels,spill pads,spill kits or disposal

at the HWAP point

> Receive fuels from pipe line around more than 200,000 gallons in every

shift,take sampling and send to the Lab test after every 2 hours,store

the fuels in collapsible bag(50k) and keep record of total receipt of

fuels, and submit it to Shift Supervisor

> Refueling all kinds of generators and military equipments (more than

200 generators refueling twice/shift)by applying safety (grounding and

bonding)with wearing PPE and keep records in DA form 3643.

> Perform to refuel HOT and COLD of various types of Military Vehicles

and Equipments, including rotary and fix wing Aircraft.

> Pre-operational checks are performed on equipment prior to receiving

or issuing fuel. Document these inspections on the appropriate PMCS

Checklists for Pumps (004-6010-b) and Filter Separators (004-6010-c)

daily for each piece of equipment used.

> Loading and unloading procedures are performed in accordance with FM

10-67-1

> Provide a daily copy of DD Form 1898 Energy Sales Slip verifying all

aviation products issued to Army aircraft at Army airfields other than

home stations, Navy, and Air Force installations or other Government

agencies.

> Used DA Form 2765-1 for issues or turn-in of bulk fuel daily to the

designated military POC.

> Maintain records of receipts, issues and transfers using DA Form 3643

(Daily Issues of Petroleum Products).

> Fill out DA Form 3857 (Checklist for Deliveries of Bulk Petroleum

Products) prior to downloading fuel.

> Quality Check: Perform a visual test to check for contamination (water

and sediment)

> Take temperature of fuel at time of sampling

> Checked the API gravity of the fuel

> Checked aqua glow test of fuel

> Clean contaminated equipment or areas for re-use, using detergents or

solvents, sandblasters, filter pumps, or steam cleaners.

> Drive trucks or other heavy equipment to convey contaminated waste to

designated sea or ground locations.

> Trained awareness of bulk fuel storage.

Descending Fuel Vehicles policies, doing Grounding and Bounding.

> Like Tracked and Wheel Vehicle, Military convey, contract equipments,trailor and truck of U.S. Military, specially, HMMWV, Hemtt, Han-

Truck-Corgo,, Forklift - 4k to 10k, Taylor Dunn, NTV, Gator.

> Doing API test in the DA Form 4702R, Millipore Test and Aqua-Glo Test

according to the order from the Lead/Supervisor.

> Write and compile data for daily report to the Lead Fuel Technician,

Completed DA Form 3643 and DA Form 3853.

> Conduct daily gauge reading from fuel storage tank, Visual sampling of

Petroleum Products, and other related tasks assigned by the

Supervisor.

> Conducting fuel transferring from one tanker to another by keeping

proper safety concerns.

> Perform all kinds of tasks related to the fuel point with standard

operation procedures from the department.

> Observes and practices sound safety procedures as prescribed in

Government regulations including proper handling and disposition of

"HAZMAT".

> Handled with 3 types of nozzle D1,CCR,OPEN PORT for FARP(forward area

refueling point)

> Refueled aviation grade (jp-8) fuel for air support to rotary type

aircraft :CH-47,AH-64,UH-60,OH-58D,UH-1,AH-1
