Brief Overview ;- A civil engineer with wide experience (18 years in

building & Industries) in India and Abroad in planning, Construction &

errection of sugar unit, Distillery Unit, Steel plant, chemical plant,

Paper plant, Group Housing, Residential & Commertial Complex with telecom

towers and tertiary networking etc. Independent handling, self motivation,

personnel integrity and transparency are my greatest assets. Presently

working as Manager Civil (HOD) in Pasupati Acrylon ltd, Thakurdwara

Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh. Responsible for over construction of all civil

work including maintenance and modifications.

Area of experiences :-

Project Management & Site execution :- Planning, Survey and execution of

various plants, Residential colony and commertial complex including

coordination with consultants & other department with group of teams.

Achievements :-

Constructed 50 Tph /67 kg/cm2 boiler,8 MW turbine with 21 mtr heigh

turbine house of RCC & Brick work, 8 story coal crusher building, ETP, Coal

and Ass conveying Systems, cooling towers with all pumps and Fans etc in

Six month time through quality.

Constructed Sugar Unit, Distillery unit, furnace plant and a colony of 250

Flats of 1 BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and two Banglows of BSDL as per their

requirements.

Successfully completed the development work of a housing colony, 270 plots,

50 independent houses with group housing (G+7) 4 Nos. of building and

residential complex at Eldeco Greens ( a mini city ) in Lucknow.

Duties and Responsibilities:-

Responsible for civil work monitoring, quality assurance, layout, technical

specification, coordinate with consultant and other department during

engineering stage, finalization of contract specifications, barchart for

contolling the work progress, preparation of estimation of quantities,

progress reports, monthly budgetary planning, verification of contractor

bill, fix monthly/weekly targets for contractors, review of contractors

progress on a monthly, weekly and daily basis for timely completion of

project work, delay analysis, manage a group of engineering team with

draftsmans and overall monitoring of engineering and site works including

contracts.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCES

Manager civil ( HOD ) in Pashupati Acrylon Ltd. Thakurdwara, Moradabad

U.P. From 16 feb 2011 till date

Projects : Construction of 8mw turbine and 50tph boiler with 67kg/cm2 with

all utilities like coal crusher plant, Ass handling system in working

factory of Acrylic Fiber .

HOD Civil ( Manager) in Baghauli Sugar & Distillery Ltd, baghauli Hadoi.

Since 16 Sept 2006 to 14 Feb 2011.

Construction of 3500 TCD Sugar Plant and 100 KLPD Distillery with steel

Plant and residential colony. Working as group Civil Incharge (HOD) in

civil department of all three plants. Looking after all three projects,

quardinate with design consultant, maintain quality & control the project

progress through Ms Project or P-3, prepare M.B. and report to Unit Head or

M.D.

Housing Colony :- Full development work of colony including roads,

drainage, electrification and 250 Flats of 1 BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK and two

Banglows of BSDL as per their requirements.

Kanatal Resorts & spa at kanatal masoori in uttrakhand since Aug 2003 to

aug 2006

Worked as Manager civil for construction of 5 star resorts in hilly area.

Site Manager in S.A. Alomar Co.Ltd. Riyadh KSA. NOV 2001 TO JULY 2003

Uniform contract for civil/ Telecom incuding exchange building, Army

school, and independent banglows with development works. Supervision of

subcontractor (TCIL) work for telephonic networking and others.

Project Engineer in National Telecomunication Company Ltd. Riyadh K.S.A.

FROM JULY 98 TO OCT 2001 for TEP 6 project under Lucent Technologies Inc

(AT&T).

Project Engineer in ELDECO HOUSING & INDUSTRIES LTD. LUCKNOW INDIA FROM MAY

1994 TO JUNE 1998.

ELDECO Greens (a mini city) Located at Lucknow, India. The work includes

roads, Sewer, overhead electrification, group housing & commercial complex.

QUALIFICATIONS

Technical:

Received a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Pune University,

Pune, India.

Awarded M.I.E, CHARTERED ENGINEER from Institute of Engineers India.

Education:

Completed SSC & HSC (10+2) from U.P. Board Allahabad INDIA with Physics,

chemistry & mathematics as Main.

Other:

Diploma in computer application

AutoCAD 2004

Project Planning Management (MS Project & Primavera Project Planner).

Got hands on experience to work in MS OFFICE & Scheduling by Primavera

Project Planner.
