As an owner’s representative for NES/Noble, we supervised over 300 employees to include: 8
different nationalities, 170 million man hours and 3 minor lost time accidents.
As a contractor’s representative for TSC Construction Co., there were no lost time accidents,
paving yield average was 4% and no grinding was performed on the project.
