WORK EXPERIENCE

Callaway Contracting Inc. Safety Director 06/2005 - 04/2013

Primary duties were to investigate and document accidents, provide safety

training to employees using JEA and OSHA guidelines, monitor worksites for

compliance, provide CPR/Basic First Aid training and coordinate random drug

testing of employees. Ordered safety equipment and monitored inventory of

safety equipment. Created and implemented efficient system to track and

maintain employee safety training records. Educated employees on the

importance of safety rules and guidelines.

City of Jacksonville Road Foreman 10/1972 - 04/2005

Primary duties included investigating complaints and coordinating work to

ensure jobs were completed in effort to efficiently resolve complaints.

Operated as the foreman on various job sites. Filed care ticket paperwork,

receipts for materials used for projects. Acted as a city liaison to the

general public in regards to status of projects currently being done in

their area.
