with Depot Repair operations. Served as liaison with IT, Halifax

meetings. Ensured quality control and adherence to all Service Level

Agreement (SLA) requirements.

. Rescued failing contract with the State of Pennsylvania by turning

around poor service delivery from 60% to 95%. Exceeded contract

specifications and established profitability for Halifax.

. Received Special Recognition Award for achieving 90+% service delivery

rating for 11 consecutive months. Awarded several other kudos and

certificates of recognition by Halifax management.

. Managed service contracts for Halifax including the Penn State Hershey

Medical Center implementing 100 PC replacements per month, County of

. Led desktop refresh project for 1500 company sales systems for Lincoln

Life Insurance. Coordinated 20-person project team, traveling on-site to

. Saved an unsuccessful Y2K compliance effort for Marsh McClellan at the

World Trade Center. Directed 15-person team of multinational programmers

over 3-month time frame, restructuring the production process and
