Professional I am a positive and optimistic IT professional seeking
Profile Network Operation/Analyst opportunity with an organization
that will utilize my vast experiences and expertise in
Project Planning, Engineering and Technical Services that
ranges from control system engineer to network system
analyst, while encouraging my business management skills.
My skills set includes:
Project management Task-oriented and
Planning relationship-oriented leadership
Coordinating Wide variety of Engineering
Asset Management knowledge and industrial
Self-Starter processes
Innovative
Professional .Planning, Coordinating and Monitoring Projects
and Work
experiences I successfully provided field level technical and project
management leadership in managing and coordinating complex
industrial network implementations. I lead and coordinated
resolution on problems impacting external and internal
stakeholders. I coordinated and ensured the proper
inspection and validation of network contractors' work in
delivering network infrastructure or systems to ensure
strict compliance to standards and specified design.
Critically evaluated the effectiveness of network and
equipment provisioning processes to meet project needs and
if not, recommended and coordinated improvements.
.Managing and Maintaining information
I developed and maintained on-call schedule for all
technicians and coordinated with senior management to
maintain system availability and minimized downtown. I
developed and maintained effective documentation and
network schematics standards, system configuration and
backup application programs. I have lead efforts to keep
and maintain accurate data and correct information to
perform work on time and efficiently. This is something I
encounter on a daily basis on my job. To efficiently
troubleshoot and resolve a problem, it is important that I
have the correct schematics, programs etc.
.Deploying & Troubleshooting systems
I have the technical experience with implementing,
operating and troubleshooting TCP/IP and Ethernet- based
network architectures and experience using or
troubleshooting common windows platforms, like Windows 8,
7, Vista, XP, NT, 98 and also use of Microsoft Tools like
Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Hands-on experience deploying
networks and trouble-shooting incident analysis incident
using root cause approach and resolving network trouble
tickets including but not limited to physical layer,
Switches, Routers and operating systems using tools like
SYSLOG,SNMP etc.
