. Plan and achieve Production objectives defined by management by

. Review production/quality documents e.g. Traveler, route sheet,

process sheets, and other production related documents.

. Organize Production activities in the section.

. Plan and ensure full utilization of resources by distributing work

load evenly and according to capability of the junior staff.

. Provide support and guidance to the junior staff in their job.

. Initiate requests for, and follow-up on, corrective and preventive

actions.

. Supervise continual improvement and problem solving activities.

. Understand/explain/resolve any technical, non technical matters faced

by the subordinates.

. Ensures compliance/implementation of laid down policies and procedures

of management.

. Ensures that staff adheres to the Quality Management System and

procedures and follows customer specifications.

. Provide periodic progress report/status of all ongoing projects to the

senior management.
