My job duties are to design and produce working drawings for electrical controls

system. Red in Green out from various types of drawings from Flow diagrams and

Topology diagrams to Assembly and Outline drawings. We use a variety of Allen

Bradley and Phoenix contractors to Weidmuller and Bentley vibration monitors. My job

is to insure drawings are right and accurate for customers all over the world.

My job duties are as follows to produce or reproduce electrical schematics using

AutoCAD and Micro station software. To edit cut paste or create new drawings for

today’s standards and newer designs. Reproducing old raster drawing to vector

schematics in addition to adding or rewiring for new or removal of old electrical devices

that are obsolete and for newer efficient components or removal of old.

Designer and drafter I work with various types of programs to produce computer aided

drawings for electrical and mechanical plus architectural,3-D modeling, piping,

electrical, mechanical, HVAC, hydraulic and electrical cabinet layouts. I have been

working with leading industrial companies and architectural firms to produce all types

of schematics and blueprints whether to be mechanical drafting electrical to duct and

placement design. I travel to any company or firm and subcontract drawings and to

make design changes and rework there drawings or design new ones to precise and

accurate with utmost gratification and acceptance.

Electrical technician I built and assembled electrical panels for all types of machinery

from Injection molding, Die Casting, Extruders, and Sheet lines. Plus my participation in

the assembly of all other electrical devices such as linear positioners, limit switches,

electric motors ranging from 5hp to 500 hp. I also made up the cabling and wire pulls for

the electrical devices that we used. Bending and cutting conduit and sealtite also securing

all wire ways. Assisting in the design and creating easier and faster ways to complete a

job quicker and sufficient. I also was awarded a contract to design and create new wiring

layouts and schematics for the HPM. To design and to create electrical/mechanical

drawings to design newer and better schematics and electrical layouts to improve on

wiring diagrams and to reproduce these drawings with accurate dimensions and part

numbers schematics using AutoCAD. These drawings are produced in AutoCAD and

with Micro station software.

1998 to 2000 ITL Integration Technologies Marion Ohio

Electrical and Mechanical assemblies I rebuilt machines from different varieties of

Injection Molding to Die casting, metal stamping presses. I also serviced machines in

customer’s plants with a very high rating of success.

In general we would tear old machine down inspect all mechanical functions and rebuild

to new specs and standards. In our facility or the customers plant we would replace all

plumbing that needed replaced from tubing water piping and high pressure tubing and

piping.

We would use a different variety of piping and fittings from welded piping or threaded

piping from schedule 20 to schedule 160.

1998 to 1998 Delo Screw products Delaware Ohio

I supervised a group of 12 people in assisting in all operations of setups and machining

functions to finished products to packaging and shipping or keeping shelves stocked for

future purchases. By using my tactics I was able to increase production by 15 to 20

percent and was commissioned highly for my outstanding improvements in this area.

I supervised a group of 35 to 40 employees from assembly, electrical, painting, machine

shop, shipping and crane operations, and service troubleshooting to customers with

problems they could not resolve on there own over the phone or in there plants I also

participated with sales and customer relations plus keeping in constant contact with them

on the progress of there machines.

I started out as a General laborer made my way to hydraulic technician where my duties

consisted of replacing hydraulic components and piping and tubing using a wide variety

of benders and ferrule fittings to all types of piping and fittings we used sweep 90 and

tube turns plus bell reducers to weld rings I have used stick or migwelders and various

types of flanges and high pressure fittings. I also have used different tube benders from

manual to hydraulic from tubing to 4 inch piping using a planed chart for gains and

losses for pressure drops and do and don’ts for piping functions plus pipe threaders to

make precise types of piping and water piping for heat exchangers and steam traps.

I was trained and certified in various runs of piping and tubing and different types of

tube fittings and pipe fittings from schedule 20 to schedule 180 and tubing 1/8 wall

thickness stainless steel.

I am 1985 high graduated of Highland High School where I held an office of secretary in

FFA I also held a treasure position. I have taken many adult education courses on basic

Electricity, Industrial Electricity, and Motors and there Controls, Basic Hydraulics

Advanced Hydraulics, Supervision that works, courses on Blood borne pathogens, Crane

operations, Hazardous waste management, Tow motor safety I also took some college

courses in Business Management, Allen Bradley controllers. I am currently in college

finishing up on a 2 year degree in Electrical, Mechanical, and Manufacturing

engineering at Marion Technical College and Central Ohio Technical College.

I am very adaptable to reading different varieties of blue prints and schematics from

mechanical, hydraulic, electrical to architectural, surveying HVAC, house wiring

diagrams.

I use these different drawing software’s for accurate and easy to read drawings,

schematics and blueprinting also for different companies and firms using AutoCAD,

Home Designer Version 6, Turbo Cad version 11, Key cad, Micro station.

My hobbies are hunting, fishing, Researching new and better ways to design newer and

better drawings and in consult ting small business to help them to more proficient in day

to day activities and long term commitment uses. I design and draft drawings of

electrical circuits, schematics, flow diagrams, topology diagrams, Mechanical layouts.
