PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Warehouse Management (13 years)
-Actively supervised the Supply administrative and warehouse procedures and ensure
Supply inspections and reconciliations are conducted at regular intervals.
-Performed various duties which include receiving, inspecting, locating, storing,
rotating, safekeeping, issuing, preparing, shipping, material return and disposal of
supplies and equipment as relates to ground supply operations.
-Maintain personal computer and mainframe locator systems, conduct inventories, maintain
records of sub-custody principal end items, monitor shelf life items through CD ROM and
the mainframe support systems, and input data entry transactions and retrieval of
historical records.
-Operate hand held optical character recognition scanners, devices, and multimedia
retrieval systems.
-Licensed to operate Material Handling Equipment (forklifts).
-Identify packaging requirements and ensure items are maintained as required; comply
with fire and safety regulations; use protective measures for items in storage,
including open storage lots and hazardous materials storage areas; establish field
supply support areas.
-Use detailed technical data from the Federal Logistics System in the care and storage
program; develop storage space requirements; and store materiel per weight, cube, and
clearance factors by categories of supply.
-Executed timely insurance of parts, resulting in a sustained supply readiness rate of
98% and supervised accounts ranging $2,500,000 – $450,000,000.
-Maintained, adjusted and reconciled all Consolidated Memorandum Receipts and ensured
all on hand quantities and serialized equipment is reported correctly through the Marine
Corps Equipment Readiness Information Tool.
-Created and implemented comprehensive standard operating procedures for the Supply
Warehouse to ensure Supply operations are being conducted in accordance with all
applicable order and directives.

Personal Effects when they have to leave their personal items behind.
-Taught personnel about properly marking and painting of locations for embarking gear
for field operations or deployments.
-Effectively manage personnel to ensure operational support to the Battalion regardless
of external tasks and Battalion commitments.
-Mentored and supervised junior Marines in their military occupational specialty,

Weapons Range Safety Officer (1 year)
-Ensured that all shooters are completely familiar with weapons safety and range safety
procedures prior to authorizing live-fire.
-Supervised, managed and instruct all coaches of the proper knowledge and safety matters
pertaining to Operational Risk Management of all live-fire training as a Range Safety
Officer.
Area Canvas Recruiter (3 years)
-Performed the job as the spokesperson for the entry into the U.S. Marine Corps through
a variety of means. While the majority of accessions are enlisted, those who qualify can
attempt to earn a commission and become an officer.

the recruiting station’s ability to accomplish assigned contracting missions, while
using professional selling skills and systematic recruiting.
Supply Warehouse Entry Level Student Instructor (3 years)
-As Platoon Advisor/Instructor, I personally supervised the duties, performance and
professional development for 16 Enlisted Warehouse Basic Course, leading and mentoring
nearly 400 Marines as they completed their final transformation from entry level
students to serving in the operating forces.
-I accumulated nearly 1,300 hours of formal instruction and assisted in the development
of over 2,000 entry level and senior enlisted Marines
-Served as fork lift instructor for entry level, senior enlisted and Marine/Sailors.
