Configuration Management Technician
PBCDF provided safe and environmentally compliant chemical agent disposal
operations of approximately 3,850 tons of the nation's original chemical
agent stockpile. That stockpile included 90,409 M55 GB rockets, 19,608 M55
VX rockets, 9,378 M23 VX landmines and 3,703 mustard ton containers.
The project has been completed successfully and is in the final closure
phases.
My responsibilities in the "End State" phase of the site were to:
. Ensure change documents were incorporated into the baseline design
instruments as specified in project procedures and distributed to
appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Drawings updated with
Microstation V7 (J) CAD.
. Coordinate, assist, and maintain configuration or project data
including equipment, instruments, piping, electrical, cable and other
databases.
. Review CAD drawings and other engineering documents for quality and
completeness.
. Perform quality checks on documents and drawings.

Electrical Engineering Support / SENIOR CAD Designer
During this twelve-year period, took part in the production and successful
delivery of approximately 700+ business jets. Produced avionics and
electrical engineering drawings and documents necessary for manufacturing,
certification, creation of engineering files, databases, and customer
books.
Organizational, planning, and supervisory skills were also developed and
utilized.
Electrical Engineering Support / CAD Designer (2003 - 2009)
. Organized, planned, and scheduled electrical wiring drawings and

. Coordinated with the Wire Harness Shop and provided wire cut sheets

of 60 to 70 aircraft per year with approximately 50 system drawings
per aircraft. (Three person drafting team).
. Electronically checked wiring diagrams for errors and corrected as
necessary with Catia Acsel.
. Extracted data from drawings for creation of various document
databases for each aircraft.
. Plotted drawings, checked for errors, and obtained necessary approval
signatures.
. Released approved drawings and other documents to the Reproduction
Department for distribution to Planning, Purchasing, Manufacturing,
and any other necessary departments.

September 1995 to August 1996
Architectural Designer
Steel clad, foam wall panel manufacturer. H.H. Robertson merged with two
competitors and became Centria. The engineering department in Sheridan,
Arkansas was discontinued and all engineering transferred to Moon Township,
Pennsylvania.
Process Engineer and Architectural Designer
Used AutoCAD 12, Microstation CAD, Paradox relational database and Quattro
Pro spreadsheets.
. Architectural projects completed: Bayer Pharmaceuticals, Clayton,
North Carolina.
McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada. National Guard
Headquarters, New Jersey. As projects above were completed
successfully, assisted other designers in ongoing projects.

. Incorporated Architectural wall panels and glass curtain wall into

joints, windows, doors, inside and outside corners, extrusions,

/ steel engineer.
. Coordinated with manufacturing on special panel designs.

and any additional building details, building material / supplies, and
shipping schedules.
Arkansas Nuclear One (ANO) - Russellville, AR
July 1993 to May 1995
CAD Designer, 3D Piping and Electrical
. Brand/Rust Industrial Services contracts for 3D Piping drawings using
Microstation CAD,
Work consisted of walk-down and mark-up (by others) and converting
hundreds of manual drawings to true 3D CAD drawings. This Isometric
Update Project (IUP) included all piping, steel details of hangers,
supports, and snubbers. ANO standard piping symbology and notes were
applied.
. Some Civil, Architectural, and HVAC drawings were also updated.
Contracts for Electrical Drawing Upgrade Project (EDUP) were to
produce Electrical schematics for control of Motor Operated Valves
(MOV's) and Solenoid Operated Valves (SOV's) used in piping flow
control.
Fluor Daniel and Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) - San Francisco, Irvine,
Sacramento, CA
August 1987 to December 1992
Telecommunications Design Drafter / CAD Operator
. Fluor Daniel, Irvine, CA contracts allowed for the completion of
approximately twenty-five telecommunication projects in northern
California for Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E). Some of these projects
included up to thirty sites including main offices, substations,
service centers, repeater stations, passive reflectors, etc.
. Responsibilities included coordination with engineers, designers, and
contractors to complete detailed design and drafting.
. Field trips to survey and mark up existing equipment drawings,
creation of new drawings, making field changes, and completing as-
built drawings.
. Update of Banyan Vines database for circuit information. Microstation
CAD and manual drafting were used to accomplish the work.
. Projects added or updated many systems used in a private statewide
telecommunications network in support of utilities.
. The largest telecomm project worked on for Fluor Daniel was the design
of the IBM Token-Ring LAN and Transport for over eight hundred
branches of Bank of America throughout California. Upon completion of
the LAN projects, was assigned to one of the bank's data centers in
Concord, CA to work as a design engineer. Added, changed, or deleted
data network circuitry and equipment.
